Artwork & File Preparation Guidelines
To ensure proper alignment during mechanical die-cutting, drilling, and finishing:
- Maintain Safety Margins: Keep all critical typography, logos, and important design elements at least 0.25" (1/4") away from trim lines, rounded corners, drill holes, and perforation lines.
- Include Standard Bleed: Provide 0.125" (1/8") bleed on all outer edges when background colors or images extend to the cut edge.
- Supply Finishing Guides: For custom drill, slot, or perforation locations, include a dedicated vector layer set as a spot color (named "Finishing Guides") set to overprint.
